This 53 year old Seiko Automatic is in stunning condition ,meticulously serviced and cleaned ,fully working and operating smoothly ,with new vintage style brown leather strap and stainless Seiko buckle . 7006-8040 serial : 202002 Made in October of 1972 at Seiko’s famous Daini factory in the Nagano prefecture ,it has a stunning silver sunburst dial with raised chrome hour markers and is presented in beautiful condition. It has received a meticulous clean and service, including mainspring service.

The watch is powered by Seiko's 7006 automatic movement, which includes a day-date complication. The date can be quick-set by pulling the crown out one click and turning it backward, while setting the day requires moving the hands back and forth past the 12 o'clock mark.

The previous owner was meticulous with this watch as the above shows. For a watch over half a century old it is in beautiful condition and the sunburst dial doesn't disappoint. We had to negotiate hard to buy and offer this watch in our catalogue however it was worth the time. There are probably cheaper models available however we doubt you will find another in this wonderful condition and matched with accurate time-keeping.

If you are a seasoned vintage collector especially of Seiko then you will know the qualities of this watch has to offer or if just beginning your watch journey this is the perfect way to start. Highly recommended.
