If you have purchased a watch online from outside the UK. We may request a copy of your ID and proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill. The watch will then be sent to your local FedEx or UPS point and will require ID upon collection. This maybe dependent on the value of your order or the country of destination and therefore otherwise will be sent to you direct (no collection required). You may want to check with us before ordering.
We ship with a trusted courier, insured and tracked. This can take between 1 to 10 working days depending on which country we are shipping to. We will fulfil your order with a tracking number we will send to the email you provided to us with your order. We understand some customers would prefer to have the item delivered to for example their work address, however we cannot insure the parcel and therefore is entirely at the customer's risk. For this reason we strongly recommend only using your registered home address.
Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the shipping address specified by you, the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither Stonebridge Watches nor the shipping courier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, it is ineligible for insurance or refund claims.
As customs procedures & protocols vary by country, our estimated shipping times do not include the time it takes to clear through your local customs agency. These can delay your parcel, so please be patient.
Stonebridge Watches are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. You will need to contact your local customs office if there are any issues. Stonebridge Watches are unable to do this on your behalf.
PLEASE NOTE
Customers from outside the EU/UK will be charged the same as UK and EU customers. This price is exclusive of local tax, vat, import fees or other local duties, which may apply depending on which country you are in. Any charges applied upon import will be your responsibility and must be paid by yourself. Please consider these before purchase.
If items are returned to us undelivered (including failed or refused deliveries), re-importation and shipping costs will be debited from any refund due.
