Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments and paypal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All watch orders will be shipped as soon as funds have cleared via Paypal, Credit Card Payment or Bank Transfer

We ship with our trusted couriers daily, and all orders are packed and processed before 5 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are not always available, please contact us if required. If there is any delay we will notify you immediately.

If you have purchased a watch online from outside the UK. We may request a copy of your ID and proof of address, such as a bank statement or utility bill. The watch will then be sent to your local FedEx or UPS point and will require ID upon collection. This maybe dependent on the value of your order or the country of destination and therefore otherwise will be sent to you direct (no collection required).


We ship with a trusted courier, insured and tracked. This can take between 1 to 10 working days depending on which country we are shipping to. We will fulfil your order with a tracking number we will send to the email you provided to us with your order. We understand some customers would prefer to have the item delivered to for example their work address, however we cannot insure the parcel and therefore is entirely at the customer's risk. For this reason we strongly recommend only using your registered home address.

Once items are shipped, liability is covered by the terms of the carrier. We will ship to the shipping address specified by you, the customer. If you did not provide us with an accurate address, neither Stonebridge Watches nor the shipping courier can be held responsible for the loss of an item. Please double check your shipping address. Any shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, it is ineligible for insurance or refund claims.

As customs procedures & protocols vary by country, our estimated shipping times do not include the time it takes to clear through your local customs agency. These can delay your parcel, so please be patient.

Stonebridge Watches are not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process. You will need to contact your local customs office if there are any issues. Stonebridge Watches are unable to do this on your behalf.

Back Orders

We do not offer Back Orders. In the unlikely event your watch is unavailable we will issue a full refund.

Tax Charges

If you are ordering from outside the UK please check with your country's import tax rules. Stonebridge Watches does not take resposability for any costs incurred for items shipped to outside of the UK.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption.

Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items will be inspected after being received. You can always contact us for any return question at admin@stonebridgewatches.com.

If you happen to change your mind and wish to return your item within our 14 day policy you will be eligible for a full refund, minus the courier and insurance costs to and from your designated address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges

We do not exchange items. The easiest way is to return your item and then process a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned watch and if a refund is approved. If accepted, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please be patient when requesting a refund, the process can take time, even once the monies are approved to return.
